- There was a change in your account (like your phone number or an increase in payment or transfer limit).
- There is a change in your wallet behaviour.
- You've made many transactions within a short period of time.
- You have just purchased our Visa prepaid card
This is not a mistake — it’s just a safety check.
Note: reducing your payment or transfer limits will not result in a cooling-off period.
