If your payment is successful but the card scan fails, even after two attempts, and your My50 Pass isn’t activated, don’t worry. The system will automatically refund the payment to your eWallet within 24 hours. Please try to purchase the My50 Pass via TNG eWallet again later.
Here’s what you can do:
- Wait at least 60 seconds before attempting the second scan to allow the system enough time to process your request.
- Once your refund is reflected in your eWallet, you can try purchasing the pass again.
- If you haven’t received the refund after 5 business days, you can reach our chatbot at TNG eWallet Customer Support for further assistance.
