Sometimes, your Travel eSIM may show “Activating…” or “Activation Failure” if you've installed it before arriving at your destination. This is completely normal.
Good news – your eSIM is already installed.
Once you arrive at your destination and your device connects to the local network, your Travel eSIM will activate automatically. There’s no need to reinstall or make changes.

Just keep your device on and ensure your settings follow our Travel eSIM setup guide. Activation will complete once you're within network coverage.
