To ensure a smooth cash collection process, please check the following:
- Identify the correct payout location. Please refer to the SMS that we sent for details.
- Ensure you provide the correct cash PIN
- Ensure the receiver’s name in the remittance details matches with the name in the national ID.
- If the receiver’s name is not complete, please submit a request to us for solution via Help Centre.
How to Retrieve Your Cash PIN:
The cash PIN will be sent to you via SMS once the money is ready for collection. Additionally, you can follow these simple steps to trace the cash PIN from the remittance app:
