What is multiboxing?
Multiboxing means having multiple instances of our app open at the same time.
Why is it dangerous to use our app with multiboxing enabled?
Using our app with multiboxing enabled can be dangerous for a few reasons:
Increased risk of unauthorised access: If one of your instances of the app is compromised by malware or a hacker, it could give the attacker access to your financial information in all of the other instances of the app as well.
Data leakage: With multiboxing, there is a higher chance of your sensitive information being accidentally exposed.
How to prevent using our app with multiboxing
Phone settings: If you have enabled the dual app feature on your phone, you can disable it through the settings. Typically, this can be found under the 'Apps' or 'Advanced' section of the settings menu.
Uninstall third-party cloning apps: If you are using a third-party app to clone your banking app, uninstalling the cloning app will disable the additional instances.
By following these steps and tips, you can better protect your financial information when you use our app.
