Once you have completed your payment in Touch ‘n Go eWallet and AIA receives your application for CI Insure, your respective e-certificate will be effective immediately. You will receive confirmation e-mail(s) with your certificate number, effective date and expiry date of the respective certificate(s). Your e-certificate(s) together with other policy documents will be attached in the same email.
