The insurance covers an Insured Person up to 70 years old. What happens if the person attains age 71 during the coverage period? Does the coverage terminate immediately?

No, the coverage will remain in force until expiry of the certificate of insurance. However, this person will not be eligible to buy CI Insure or entitled for renewal after the current certificate of insurance expires.
