PayDirect is a feature that allows you to link your physical Touch 'n Go card to your TNG eWallet account. If you tap your card at a PayDirect-supported terminal, the charges will be deducted from your eWallet instead of your physical card. If the eWallet does not have sufficient funds, fares will be deducted from the Touch ‘n Go card.
PayDirect enables users to add up to FIFTEEN (15) physical Touch ‘n Go cards into the eWallet for toll & parking usage.
The physical Touch ‘n Go card that has been added into the eWallet will be used as a medium to pass through “Touch ‘n Go” and “SmartTAG” lanes at participating highways.
When users pass through the toll booths, the toll fares will be deducted from the eWallet, and in the event of insufficient funds, the system will automatically trigger SOS Balance first (if eligible) before falling back to the linked Touch 'n Go Card.
The flow of deduction is as per below:
Go+ Balance --> eWallet Balance --> SOS Balance --> Touch 'n Go Card Balance
