Follow the steps below to enable or disable your PayDirect. Ensure your TNG eWallet is updated.
Step 1: Launch TNG eWallet and tap on Cards. Tap TNG cards.
Step 2: Choose the card you want to enable or disable PayDirect and tap the triple-dot icon on the top right corner of the card.
Step 3: Tap on PayDirect.
Step 4: Change the option to Enable/Disable.
Step 5: Enter your 6-digit PIN.
*Your changes will take effect in 24 hours.
