SafeTrip will not pay for any claim in respect of the following:
- Failure of the Insured Person to inform the travel agent or tour operator or transportation/accommodation provider immediately when discovery of any events that requires trip curtailment;
- Any additional expenses incurred if any part of the trip is deferred or postponed;
- Infectious diseases including Covid-19, which is declared or notified as an epidemic by the applicable health authority in the covered travel destination or a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) until such declaration or notification is lifted by the WHO or the applicable health authority in the covered travel destination.
