Yes, you may cancel your SafeTrip policy at any time by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via e-mail at my.aiaonline@aia.com provided that you have not made a claim on the policy. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of 85% of pro-rata premium equal to the unexpired period of insurance.
