You need to complete the claim submission webpage and provide required supporting claim documents. You can obtain the claim link from the e-mail where you received your e-policy upon insurance coverage, or from your eWallet, tap on Insurance > My Policies > SafeTrip > View Details and click on ‘Claim Now’, or by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via WhatsApp at 019 629 9660 or e-mail my.aiaonline@aia.com during operating hours (8:30am – 5:30pm, Mondays to Thursdays, 8:30am – 4:30pm on Fridays, excluding public holidays).
Payments will be made by AIA directly, and all benefits (except death benefit) will be paid to the Insured Person (or parents/legal guardian of the child insured). Payment for death benefit will be made to the Nominee or the Estate.
