No, you are not allowed to change your travel destination(s) after you have received your SafeTrip policy. However, you may request to cancel your policy and purchase a new SafeTrip policy on TNG eWallet by selecting your travel destination(s).
Before purchasing your new SafeTrip policy, you may request to cancel your existing policy by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via e-mail at my.aiaonline@aia.com during operating hours (8:30am – 5:30pm, Mondays to Thursdays, 8:30am – 4:30pm on Fridays, excluding public holidays). Upon cancellation, you will be entitled for a full refund.
