Your Touch ‘n Go Charm’s expiry date can be found via the following methods:

Printed on the back of the charm
Printed in the receipt received after reloading the charm
Listed in the Touch n’ Go eWallet after you have linked your charm in the eWallet
Listed in the TNGSB Portal after you have registered your charms

The TNG Charm has a lifespan of seven (7) years, or any other period as stipulated by Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB).
