It could be one of the following reasons:
- Your car number and/or NRIC was wrongly keyed in.
- Your vehicle model is not covered by our insurance/takaful partners.
- Your vehicle sum insured/ covered exceeded the maximum Sum Insured.
- Your vehicle sum insured/ covered is less than the minimum Sum Insured.
- Your vehicle’s age limit has exceeded our partner’s acceptance limit.
- Your next policy/certificate renewal date is more than 60 days.
- Your insurance policy/takaful certificate has expired.
