For any claims, you are required to provide a copy of policyholder’s identity card (front and back) and police report.
- For Fire Coverage claim, it shall also include photo(s) on the damage, repairer/technical report on the cause of damage, repair bill/ quotation, and adjuster report (if any). If the insured home content is damage, the claim needs to be supported by the proof of purchase (e.g. softcopy of receipts, bank statements, and etc.) of the insured home content.
- For Cash Relief claim, it shall also include photo(s) on the damage.
- For Medical Coverage claim, it shall also include medical report, original medical bills & receipts, a copy of the loss party’s identity card (front & back) and proof of relationship between policyholder and the loss party.
