Once you have successfully purchased the travel insurance, you will receive the e-policy / e-certificate document via email from our insurance partner within 24 hours from the date of successful purchase.
Alternatively, you can request to resend your e-policy / certificate to your email address by following the steps below :
- Go to My Policies
- Look for the Policy / Certificate you wish to resend (the policy must be in ACTIVE status)
- Click View Details
- Click on E-policy and enter your email address
