Check if you have sufficient TNG eWallet balance before you reload and make sure that you follow the instruction prompts closely as displayed in the TNG eWallet. Minimum app version of 1.7.72 is required to perform reload to enhanced TNG card via TNG eWallet. Please also verify if you are using a device model with the minimum operating system that supports NFC.
