This function is NOT available at the moment via Touch ’n Go eWallet . Users will need to raise a refund request for their existing cards via the e-Refund Portal. Upon verification from the team, the refund will be processed to your preferred account (Touch n’ Go eWallet, Malaysian Bank Account or Foreign Bank Account). Note that, once a card is refunded by the TNG team, it will be terminated.
