Your balance will be updated reflected via the Check Card Balance. Proceed to do the following steps in the TNG eWallet (app version 1.7.72 and above) to complete the Check Card Balance:
Step 1: Tap on the Transport icon on the home screen
Step 2: Tap on the TNG Card icon
Step 3: Select which Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled card that you would like to verify its balance. The NFC icon on the card list in the eWallet screen will be highlighted in blue if card is NFC enabled. Click on the blue NFC icon on the card list
Step 4: Have your enhanced TNG card nearby to scan at the back of the mobile device upon prompted the Ready to Scan pop-up
Step 5: Upon successfully scanning your TNG card, you will see the Card Balance screen where you can verify the card’s current balance and last reloaded amount
Alternatively, you can check your enhanced TNG card balance via MYTouchnGO portal.
