My reload button is greyed out and I can’t seem to click on the it in the Touch n’ Go eWallet to reload my enhanced Touch n’ Go (TNG) card.

The reload via Touch n’ Go eWallet is only made available for devices that have Near Field Communication (NFC) capability and the enhanced TNG cards with the NFC logo. Please ensure you have enabled NFC on your device and have gotten the latest NFC enabled TNG card to enjoy the reload feature.
