This product is offered to the eligible members and their legal spouse who have fulfilled the eligibility requirements as follows:
- entry age next birthday between eighteen (18) years next birthday to fifty-nine (59) years next birthday;
- holds a Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency in Malaysia; and
- successfully completed the purchase for this coverage.
