You may cancel your coverage within fifteen (15) days from the date you have received the certificate of assurance by submitting your cancellation request to the Company. You will be entitled to a full refund of premium provided that no claim has been admitted under your coverage.
If you are paying your premium using the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher and wish to cancel your coverage within fifteen (15) days, the Company will not refund the premium paid using the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher, however you can use the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher to purchase other Perlindungan Tenang products.
You will not be entitled to a refund of premium for cancellation after the fifteen (15) days free look period and you will continue to be covered for the remainder of the coverage period.
