Please inform both EZ-Link and Touch ‘n Go to terminate the EZ-Link purse and the Touch ‘n Go purse respectively.
If you have misplaced your card, you can instantly submit your request to block your EZ-Link purse via the EZ-Link app if you have previously added the card into your account.
To terminate the EZ-Link purse in your EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card, please contact EZ-Link at (+65) 6496 8300 from Monday – Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. During non-operating hours, you may leave a voice mail and EZ-Link will contact you within the next working day. In your voice mail, please provide your name, contact number and EZ-Link CAN ID (which can be found in your EZ-Link App if you have previously added the card into your account).
To terminate the Touch ‘n Go purse, please contact Touch ‘n Go Careline team via the following channels or visit us at our following Service & Sales Centre:
