Your My50 Pass itself cannot be stolen. However, if your enhanced Touch ‘n Go Card (which is linked to your My50 Pass in the eWallet) is lost or stolen — don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:
- Terminate the lost card through the Touch ‘n Go portal and register a new card.

- Once the card termination has been completed, you may purchase a new My50 pass using a new Enhanced NFC-enabled Touch 'n Go card.
