If the stored monetary value in your TNG eWallet account is transacted wholly or partially without your authorisation or consent, the amount payable by AIA will be capped at RM25,000.
The different scenarios are illustrated as follows:
- If you lost RM4,200 due to unauthorised transaction via your TNG eWallet account, AIA will pay you RM 4,200.
- If you lost RM7,500 due to unauthorised transaction via your TNG eWallet account, AIA will pay you RM7,500.
- If you lost RM30,000 due to multiple unauthorised transaction via your TNG eWallet account, AIA will pay you RM25,000 at maximum.
All the terms and conditions of the policy as stated in policy contract shall apply.
