You can check the beneficiary name from Inbox if the transaction is within 7 days or from the transaction history page.
However, if you have wrongly transfer because of outdated mobile or mobile no has been recycled to new owner, please contact us for further assistance here. Please provide the following documents from actual beneficiary to support our investigation.
- Original ID copy front and back (crossed "for TNGD use only")
- Copy of mobile statement with name and mobile no
