Are there any restrictions on who can purchase reload PINs for corporate purposes?
We offer reload PINs to companies that have registered with our service. To register your business, please email cfmssupport@tngdigital.com.my
What reload PIN denominations are available for corporate gifts / giveaways?
Available denominations start from RM1 and our biggest at RM8,000. You may request up to 15 different denominations per order at no charge. There will only be a handling fee if you request for more than 15 denominations or to change denominations once the reload PINs have been generated.

What is the validity of reload PINs?
By default, reload PINs are valid for 1 year once generated. You may request for shorter validity period by specifying the desired date in the Purchase Order form.
Can we request to extend the expiry date for reload PINs after purchase?
If you wish to extend the expiry date for reload PINs after purchase, please email your request to cfmssupport@tngdigital.com.my. Please note that extension requests can only be made once and must be submitted at least 30 days before the expiry date. Upon approval, the expiry date can be extended for an additional 3 months. For requests made less than 30 days before the expiry date, you will be subjected to a handling fee. Additionally, any requests submitted less than 7 working days before the expiry date will not be entertained.
Is there a handling fee when purchasing reload PINs?
Handling fees are applicable under the following conditions:

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity required when purchasing reload PINs for corporate gifts / giveaways?
The minimum order quantity is RM1,000. There is no maximum limit for orders.
What are the accepted payment methods for corporate orders of reload PINs?
We accept payment via bank transfer and cheques.
How long does it take to process and receive reload PINs purchased for corporate use?
Registration of new accounts typically takes around 7 to 12 working days. For businesses registered as of April 2023, a re-verification process is required, which takes approximately 5 working days. This shorter duration is because their information is already in our system.
The order processing and PIN delivery require approximately 5 working days.
Are bulk discounts available for purchasing reload PINs for corporate gifts / giveaways?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk discounts. The price of reload PINs is based on the required credit value.
