There could be several reasons why you can't generate or Merchant can't scan your QR code :
1) Incompatible device
- Please ensure you are not using jailbroken or rooted device

2) Device issue
First, please ensure your internet connectivity is good and follow these settings for your device :
For iOS device
- Go to settings
- Click on 'date and time' setting
- Choose 'Set Automatically'
Proceed to basic troubleshooting if still persisting
i) Uninstall and re-install App
ii) Restart and Update app to the latest version
For Android device
i) Uninstall and re-install App
ii) Restart and Update app to the latest version
iii) Clear Cache/Data/Storage
