You can clear your outstanding amount within 24 hours of the first transaction triggered by SOS Balance. Simply add money to your eWallet and the outstanding amount will be automatically deducted from your eWallet balance.
Alternatively, you can tap on the payment pending notification, the SOS Balance icon, or the car icon on your eWallet home screen to be directed to a new page displaying your outstanding balance.
To clear the balance, tap "Pay now" to add money your eWallet, and SOS Balance will automatically deduct the amount from your available balance, settling the payment effortlessly.
