If you do not settle the outstanding SOS Balance amount within 24 hours, the feature will remain suspended. While all other eWallet features remain accessible, you will not be able to make payments or purchases within the eWallet until you reload.
When you top up your eWallet, the outstanding amount will be automatically deducted. Once cleared, the SOS Balance feature will be restored. To ensure uninterrupted usage of your eWallet, we recommend reloading and settling the outstanding amount within the 24-hour grace period.
