If you reload only part of the outstanding amount, deductions will occur based on individual transaction amounts. Here's how it works:
- Within 24 hours: The system deducts full transaction amounts, starting with the earliest one, until the reloaded amount is used up. For example:
- Outstanding SOS Balance: RM50
- Reload amount: RM30
- Transactions: RM15, RM10, RM15
In this case, RM15 (first transaction) and RM10 (second transaction) will be deducted. The remaining RM5 cannot cover the next transaction (RM15), so it stays in your balance. The outstanding SOS Balance is reduced to RM15.
- After 24 hours: SOS Balance, including eWallet payment features, will not be available until the full outstanding amount is paid.
To avoid disruptions, we recommend settling the full outstanding amount promptly.
