To cancel your Soundbox service or prevent automatic deductions, please reach out to us via the T@ngo Live Chat on the TNG eWallet apps, available Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm. You will be notified prior to the start of the new 12-month cycle that the fee will be deducted from your eWallet balance. We recommend cancelling before the new cycle begins, as once the fee is charged, it is non-refundable.
