To cancel your Soundbox service or prevent automatic deductions, please reach out to us via Chatbot on the TNG eWallet apps, available Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm. You will be notified prior to the start of the new 12-month cycle that the fee will be deducted from your eWallet balance. We recommend cancelling before the new cycle begins, as once the fee is charged, it is non-refundable.
