Once you have completed payment on TNG eWallet and AIA receives your application, your policy will be issued immediately.
- If you purchase your policy prior to the commencement of your trip, your coverage will be effective on the day of your trip starts (as declared during purchase).
- If you purchase your policy after the commencement of your trip (“Post-Departure Cover”), your coverage will be effective on the date of purchase of the policy.
You will receive e-mail confirmation with your policy number, policy effective date and expiry date. Your e-policy will be attached in the same e-mail.
