For non-new devices, you will first need to run a diagnostic program on your phone and your device will then need to pass the diagnostic test before the subscription option is presented.
As for devices that are new, the subscription must be initiated within 20 days from the purchase date. During the plan signup, you will need to specify the purchase date and confirm that the device is new. No diagnostic test is necessary when signing up with a new device. We might request for the purchase receipt as evidence when filing a claim. Any inaccuracies in declaration may lead to the rejection of claims. We may ask for proof of purchase receipt upon making a claim.
