- For existing devices: You’ll first need to run a diagnostic program on your phone. Subscription will only be offered if your device passes the diagnostic test.
- For new devices: Subscription must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. During signup, you’ll need to confirm the purchase date and declare the device as new. No diagnostic test is required.
