A Service Request Fee applies to each approved Service Request. The Service Request Fees for Service Request for each failure resulting from Screen Crack or Accidental Damage are stated in the Terms and Conditions. You will be informed when you submit your Service Request of the applicable Service Request Fee. SWAP will collect from you the Service Request Fee prior to providing Replacement Equipment.
