It should be noted that there is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the Replacement Device will be an exact match or offer identical functionalities or color as the original item. Our discretion allows for the possibility that the Replacement Device might be remanufactured or refurbished. If you receive a remanufactured or refurbished Replacement Device, it will closely resemble your Qualified Device in terms of functionalities and features. It is important to understand that the Replacement Device will solely consist of the wireless device itself and will not include any associated equipment accessories.
