- Credit risk: Any payments due from TNG Digital, such as sale proceeds, depend on TNG Digital’s credit risk. It’s important to be comfortable with their ability to fulfil their obligations.
- Limitations of liability: TNG Digital is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the gold investment you purchase, or for any losses, damages, costs, or taxes related to the e-Mas service or your gold investment transactions.
- In addition to the above, by using and accessing e-Mas, you hereby agree to the e-Mas Terms & Conditions.You understand all the features, risks, and potential returns of gold investmente-Mas and that have made your independent assessment regarding e-Masgold investment that have not relied on any communication from CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”). You confirm that no one from CIMB has provided any advice, including legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting advice.
- You acknowledge that nothing related to TNG Digital, TNG eWallet, e-Mas, e-Mas Dashboard within GOfinance, (including the reference of “Gold Liquidity is powered by CIMB Bank”) should be construed as:
- CIMB Bank Berhad and TNG Digital being partners or in a joint venture;
- CIMB or its employees, advisers, or representatives having any relationship with any of TNG eWallet customers, generally and specifically regarding e-Mas,
- CIMB or its employees, advisers, or representatives having any responsibility or obligations towards TNG eWallet customers/investors or potential customers/investors
- TNG Digital is not authorised to act as an agent of CIMB or to imply that it has the authority to bind or obligate CIMB in any way. Under no circumstances shall CIMB be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the e-Mas dashboard, or reliance on any information provided on the TNG e-Wallet.
