This could be due to several reasons:
- The Cashback Packet has been fully redeemed
- You may have dismissed the Cashback Packet
- You may not have fulfilled the minimum spend amount
- The Cashback Packet campaign was cancelled by Merchant or has ended
- You may have scanned a QR code from another bank or eWallet. Only Touch ‘n Go eWallet QR or Touch ‘n Go eWallet DuitNow QR codes are valid
