Yes, Covid-19 death claim can still be submitted under your existing WalletSafe certificate, provided that the Covid-19 infection (which subsequently results in death) occurs within the coverage period of your existing WalletSafe certificate. You may submit your claim by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via e-mail at my.aiaonline@aia.com during the operating hours (8:30am – 5:30pm on Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm on Friday, excluding public holidays).
