If you enter the wrong PIN too many times, your Visa Card will be automatically locked for security reasons.
You can unlock your card from the Card Dashboard in the TNG eWallet app. For detailed steps, refer to the FAQ “What should I do if my card is lost/stolen” in the Security section.
After unlocking your card, we strongly recommend that you immediately change your 6‑digit card PIN.
