If your Visa Card is lost or stolen, immediately lock your card to safeguard the funds in your eWallet account. In the meantime, please make police report at your nearest police station for our reference.
Alternatively, you may reach out to us via Chatbot within the TNG eWallet app or contact our Careline at 03-50223888 to terminate your card immediately.
