What are the prerequisites I should have to maximise the full potential of the Touch ‘n Go Charm?

To be able to enjoy the full benefits of the Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled TNG Charm, please ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:

1. Users’ Touch ’n Go eWallet account needs to be eKYC verified.
2. Users need to have an NFC compatible device with minimum Operating Software requirement of iOS 13 (Apple) and Android 4.4 (Android & other models). Users need to ensure their device meets the minimum OS and it is installed in their devices to ensure the reload via eWallet works as per designed. Some model of phones purchased from different countries may cause issues to the NFC functionality. Please check with your mobile device’s manufacturer prior to attempting to use the TNG Charm with your mobile device.
3. User to update their Touch ’n Go eWallet to app version 1.7.72 and above to enjoy all the supplementary in-app feature.

Note that some devices may require you to enable the NFC function prior to using it in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Please check with your manufacturer on your devices NFC compatibility prior to purchasing the TNG Charm.
