To enjoy the features in the Touch ‘n Go Charm such as reloading via TNG eWallet, you are required to register your charm in the TNG eWallet (app version 1.7.72 and above) and complete the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC). Please prepare your identification document of choice (NRIC/ Passport Number/ Army registration) prior to completing the eKYC process. Unregistered charm will only be able to do reloads via physical reload points.
You are encouraged to register your charm at TNGSB Portal to enjoy a hassle-free refund process, transaction history tracking and ensuring your data is updated in TNGSB’s system. For refund purposes, you are required to register your charm(s) online at TNGSB Portal and proceed to claim for refund via the e-Refund portal. Unregistered charms are not entitled for refund.
