You can top up your Travel eSIM directly through the TNG eWallet app.
Follow the steps below:
1. Open the TNG eWallet app.
2. Go to Travel eSIM.
3. Tap My eSIM.
4. Select the Travel eSIM you want to top up.
5. Tap Top up data.
6. Select your preferred top-up data plan.
7. Review the data allowance, validity period, and price.
8. Proceed with the payment.
9. Once payment is successful, the top-up package will be added to your Travel eSIM.
You do not need to reinstall your eSIM after topping up.
If the Top up data option is not available for your Travel eSIM, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
Important: How does my top-up take effect?
The activation of your top-up depends on your current Travel eSIM plan type.
Unlimited Data Plan: If your current plan is an Unlimited Data Plan, the top-up will only become available after the current plan's validity period has ended.
Limited/Total Data Plan: If your current plan has a fixed high-speed data allowance, the top-up will be activated automatically once the high-speed data allowance of your current plan has been fully used.
Note: After purchasing a top-up, it may take up to 10 minutes for the high-speed data to become available. If the top-up cannot be used immediately, please wait a few minutes and try again.
