- For Domestic plan, the coverage starts when you leave your home or place of work in Malaysia.
- For International plans, the coverage starts when you leave your home or place of work in Malaysia until the time you return to Malaysia on completion of trip. Coverage for each trip includes 72 hours prior to scheduled departure out of Malaysia and 72 hours upon arrival to Malaysia. The maximum number of days per trip is 180 consecutive days.
