For BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95) only:
- Hold an active Competent Driving Licence (CDL), Probationary Driving Licence (PDL),
or Learner's Driving Licence (LDL) for permitted vehicle classes; AND - Hold a chipped MyKad.
For both BUDI MADANI RON95 and BUDI MADANI Diesel:
- Meet the above driving licence and MyKad requirements; AND
- Own an individual private diesel vehicle registered in your name with a valid Motor
Vehicle Licence (road tax).
No application is required — data will be cross-checked automatically with the JPJ
database and reflected in BUDI MADANI on TNG eWallet.
