What access limits may apply?
Depending on policy requirements, you may notice restrictions on the following:
Monthly account usage
A temporary cap (RM200–RM500) on how much you can move in or out of your account within a month.Adding funds (Fund In)
Some top-up methods such as debit or credit cards, DuitNow transfers, vouchers, reload PINs, or peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers may be limited.Using funds (Fund Out)
Certain activities like payments, bill payments, or ATM withdrawals may be unavailable.

This may happen due to general safety reasons such as:

Routine security checks
System protection reviews to prevent misuse
