You may submit the claims with complete documents as follows:
- Customer Service Centre located on the Mezzanine Floor at the Great Eastern Head Office, or at the nearest Great Eastern branch office; or
- Log in to e-Connect customer portal through our Company portal: www.greateasternlife.com/my or e-Connect direct link: https://econnect-my.greateasternlife.com for online claim submissions. You may also refer to the eClaims Customer Guide-eConnect for more details.
The term “the Company” refers to Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad 198201013982 (93745-A).
If there is any discrepancy in this document, the benefits, terms and conditions stated in the master policy contract shall prevail.
