To enjoy the features in the enhanced TNG card such as reloading via Touch ’n Go eWallet, you are required to register your card in the Touch ’n Go eWallet (app version 1.7.72 and above) and complete the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC). Please prepare your identification document of choice (NRIC/ Passport Number/ Army registration) prior to completing the eKYC process. Unregistered card will only be able to do reloads via physical reload points.
You are encouraged to register your card at MYTouchnGo portal to enjoy a hassle-free refund process, transaction history tracking and ensuring your data is updated in TNGSB’s system. For refund purposes, you are required to register your card(s) online at MYTouchnGo portal and proceed to claim for refund via the e-Refund portal. Unregistered cards are not entitled for refund.
